1. The service
HANZUMIO provides Chinese-learning resources for international learners. These terms cover this website and its web learning and purchase features. By using the service, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
The iPhone app is coming soon. Its availability, supported devices, pricing, sign-in and purchase arrangements will be confirmed before release. A “Coming soon” label is not a working download or a preorder offer. App-specific terms will be added when those arrangements are known.
2. Using HANZUMIO
You may use free resources for your learning and use purchased material within the licence described at checkout. Unless a product explicitly grants broader rights, downloads are for your personal study, including printing for your own use. Do not resell, publicly redistribute or remove ownership notices from the materials.
Do not bypass access controls, share private recovery links, misrepresent payment, disrupt the service or obtain other learners' information. Parents or guardians should supervise minors and authorise their purchases.
3. Website purchases, access and refunds
Review the product, level, language edition, currency, price and access details before paying. Only purchase options shown as available at checkout are offered. Paid access begins after payment has been verified. A transfer receipt or a buyer's claim alone is not confirmation of funds received.
Retain your order reference and any private recovery link. The same website purchase can be accessed again while its access entitlement remains valid. Changing browser, device or domain may require restoration. Website purchases do not automatically include an unreleased app, other levels or other language editions.
- Duplicate payments: we refund the extra payment.
- Wrong version delivered or damaged file: we provide a replacement without an additional charge.
- Delivery cannot be completed: you may receive a refund.
- Wrong level or language selected: contact us before delivery to request a change.

These arrangements do not limit mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation or remedies for faulty digital content. No blanket waiver of those rights is required by these terms. Purchases completed on external platforms such as Udemy also follow that platform's checkout and applicable terms.
4. Learning content and ownership
HANZUMIO branding, guardian artwork and learning resources are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Third-party content retains its own ownership and licence terms.
HANZUMIO is independent of official HSK examination providers. Level labels organise learning and do not promise an examination result or official endorsement. If you spot a language or content error, please send us the page and relevant text so it can be checked.
5. Availability, changes and responsibility
We aim to keep the website useful and accessible. Maintenance, network conditions and third-party services can interrupt access. We may improve or correct content and features; this does not remove your mandatory consumer rights or remedies for an undelivered purchase.
Use the service with reasonable care and keep access links secure. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer law. If a paid feature stops working, contact support so we can investigate access, delivery or an appropriate remedy.
6. Privacy and external links
The Privacy Policy explains the website's information handling. Linked services have their own terms and policies. Review those before creating accounts or paying through them.
